Last night heralded the first the of – hopefully – many Dronfield Business Forums to come. The event was held at 10a High Street, from 7pm and a swathe of local business owners attended to speak to each other about their businesses and the problems Dronfield faces regarding commerce.
At the start of the event everyone explained to each other what their business does and what they specialise in. The light-hearted and informal atmosphere left everyone feeling confident and open to speak to each other.
The attendees ranged from True North Brew Co who have recently purchased the Blue Stoops on the High Street, to cupcakes and baking, all the way to Paula, the owner of The Painted Teapot, a pottery painting studio just down the road from 10a.
The evening was free for all to attend and takes place every third wednesday of the month. It was enjoyed by all and we look forward to seeing more friendly faces next time, with more faces from Dronfield and the surrounding areas scheduled to make an appearance.
